Very glad to see that you got resolution for the issue that you were hoping would be addressed..but here's what I've been thinking. Was it really that a big deal? Or did it become more about the fact that they were not responding to your letter to them? I agree that it is so frustrating when that happens. Who hasn't had to create a 5-minute pad from toilet paper as they begged people / searched for an actual pad? All of us...and it's all the things you mentioned..embarrassed...frustrated...etc. That being said, I guess I just don't expect dispensers to be stocked..and when they are, I'm pleasantly surprised. :) So, since you have space for comments, I suppose I should tell you what I’m thinking.
